Demi Glaze Sauce

Add a rich and meaty flavor to your dishes. When prepared with water, it yields a rich flavorful brown sauce. This product will allow you to have the perfect base sauce for your roast gravies, sizzlers, soups and various meat glazes. All you need to do is to add the powder in water, mix well and allow to boil, once boiled simmer for 1-2 mins by stirring constantly and the sauce is prepared.

 

Preparation

Take 80-100 gm Sauce powder for 1 Liter lukewarm Water.
